Accomplishment Research International was founded by Bob Young, former Lockheed Group President. His aim is to reveal how to go beyond limiting assumptions of what’s possible. Bob’s says “What’s possible changes everyday as a result of the accelerating change common to the world we live in. Our job at Accomplishment Research International is to show how to excel in the face of that change”.
Bob draws on his long history of outstanding success after outstanding success in his personal and business life to demonstrate what’s possible. He began his career as an undistinguished high school student graduating last in his class of over 600 yet advanced to leading a high technology organization of more than 20,000 people at The Lockheed Corporation. He turned around a shrinking $30 Million company to growing over 1000% in sales and earnings in less than 10 years. He led the win of a national quality and productivity award and led the team that won the $15 Billion NASA Space Shuttle Processing Contract. He designed and personally led a leadership development program for more than eight years as part of accomplishing a major culture change.
